Part-Time Caregiver

We are a family in need of a part-time caregiver for our elderly mother who lives in Faro. The ideal candidate will have experience in caregiving and possess a biometric passport. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1400$, and accommodation will be provided for the caregiver.

As a caregiver, your responsibilities will include assisting our mother with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. You will also be responsible for monitoring her medication and accompanying her to doctor appointments. We are looking for someone who is patient, compassionate, and has experience working with the elderly.

The ideal candidate should have previous experience in caregiving and be able to provide references. A biometric passport is required for this position as our mother may need to travel with the caregiver on occasion. The caregiver will be expected to work part-time hours on weekdays, with occasional weekend shifts.

We understand that caregiving can be physically and emotionally demanding, so we are looking for someone who is physically fit and can handle the responsibilities of this role. The candidate should also have excellent communication skills, as they will be providing updates on our mother's well-being to the family.
