Content Moderator

As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and monitoring online content to ensure it meets our company's guidelines and standards. This includes identifying and removing inappropriate or harmful content, as well as responding to user reports and inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing user-generated content such as text, images, and videos to determine if they violate our company's policies
- Taking appropriate action on violating content, including removing or flagging it for further review
- Responding to user reports and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with other moderators and team members to ensure consistent enforcement of policies
- Staying updated on industry trends and best practices for content moderation

Qualifications:
- Fluent in English with excellent written communication skills
- Previous experience in content moderation or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their community guidelines is a plus
- Detail-oriented with the ability to quickly identify inappropriate or harmful content
- Ability to handle sensitive and graphic content in a professional manner

Location:
This position is based in Chelyabinsk, but remote work options may be available.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month.
