Loader Supervisor


We are hiring a Loader Supervisor to oversee and manage the loading operations at our industrial site in Ar-Ruwais. As the Loader Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and timely loading of materials onto trucks for transport. This is a contract job with a salary of 1600$. We welcome applications from experienced candidates of any nationality, but preference will be given to Indian applicants with English proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the loading team to ensure safe and efficient handling of materials
- Monitor loading schedules and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Inspect materials before loading to ensure quality standards are met
- Train and mentor new loaders on proper handling techniques
- Maintain accurate records of loaded materials for inventory purposes
- Collaborate with truck drivers and transport coordinators to ensure timely departure of loaded trucks
- Communicate any issues or delays with loading to relevant parties for resolution
- Enforce safety protocols and procedures in accordance with company policies

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role as a loader or supervisor in an industrial setting
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills for record keeping

Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to material handling
- Experience operating heavy machinery such as forklifts or cranes
- Familiarity with inventory management systems

Working Conditions:
This is a physically demanding role that requires working outdoors in all weather conditions. The Loader Supervisor may be required to lift heavy objects and work extended hours when needed.
