We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at our upscale restaurant in the picturesque city of Vianden, Luxembourg. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining a high standard of quality.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff management, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Train and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to uphold our high standards.
- Create and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase sales.
- Manage budgets and financial goals to ensure profitability.
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to coordinate events or promotions.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in English (fluency in other languages is a plus).
- Experience with budget management is preferred.

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

This position is open to candidates of all nationalities. Candidates must be able to legally work in Luxembourg without requiring sponsorship.
