Restaurant Manager (Malayalee or Canadian preferred)


We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Vianden. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high-quality food and beverage standards. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry, strong leadership skills, and a passion for providing exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting.
- Train and develop team members to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
- Oversee food preparation and presentation to maintain consistent quality standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials.
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment at all times.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalee or Canadian preferred).
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary: 1100$ per month without accommodation.
