Job Title: Construction Project Manager - Jerusalem, Israel


As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in Jerusalem, Israel. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Planning and coordinating construction projects from start to finish
- Managing project budgets and ensuring cost efficiency
- Negotiating contracts with vendors and suppliers
- Hiring and supervising subcontractors and construction workers
- Ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Communicating with clients regularly to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues
- Resolving any conflicts or problems that may arise during the course of a project
- Conducting site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control
- Preparing progress reports and presenting them to senior management

To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in construction management and possess excellent leadership skills. You should also have a deep understanding of local building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction project management
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management software
