Librarian
The Nakuru Public Library is seeking a qualified Librarian to join our team. As a Librarian, you will be responsible for managing and organizing the library's collection of books, periodicals, and other materials. The ideal candidate will have a passion for literature and a strong knowledge of library systems and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize the library's collection of books, periodicals, and other materials
- Catalogue new materials and maintain an accurate inventory
- Assist patrons with finding materials and conducting research
- Plan and implement library programs and events
- Train new staff members on library procedures
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the library

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science or related field
- Strong knowledge of library systems and procedures
- Excellent organizational skills
- Passion for literature and promoting reading culture
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1800$ per month.

City:
This position is based in Nakuru, Kenya.

Nationality/Location Preference:
This position is open to all nationalities. However, preference will be given to Indian candidates who are fluent in English.

Experience Level:
