We are in search of an experienced and passionate Executive Chef to join our team in Dar Kulaib, Bahrain. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring high-quality food production and maintaining a safe, sanitary, and organized working environment. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, creativity in menu planning, and a thorough understanding of food safety regulations. A biometric passport is required for this contract position.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement menus that reflect our restaurant's vision and concept
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation and cooking techniques to ensure high-quality dishes are served consistently
- Manage inventory levels and food cost control measures
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques, food safety standards, and sanitation practices
- Collaborate with other departments to plan special events or promotions
- Monitor kitchen equipment performance and schedule necessary maintenance or repairs
- Ensure compliance with all health codes and safety regulations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen workspace

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Culinary degree or equivalent work experience
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Strong understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for handling food safely
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
