Gardening Assistant


We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Gardening Assistant to join our team in Ufa. As a Gardening Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with various gardening tasks such as planting, weeding, pruning, and general maintenance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a passion for gardening and wants to gain experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with planting, weeding, pruning, and other gardening tasks as directed by the Head Gardener
- Maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of the garden
- Water plants and monitor their health
- Operate and maintain gardening equipment
- Help with landscaping projects as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols

Requirements:
- No prior experience necessary, but a willingness to learn is essential
- Physically fit and able to perform physical tasks in all weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of plant care is preferred
- Must have good English communication skills
- Indian nationality preferred (but not required)
- Must be able to legally work in Ufa (visa sponsorship may be provided)
- Accommodation will be provided

Salary:
Starting salary is 1300$ per month, with potential for growth based on performance.
