Junior Commercial Architect

As a Junior Commercial Architect, you will work closely with our team of experienced architects to create innovative and functional designs for our clients. You will be responsible for conducting site visits, preparing design proposals, creating detailed drawings and specifications, and collaborating with contractors to ensure smooth project execution. We are seeking a candidate who is highly motivated, creative, and has strong technical skills. This full-time position offers a salary of 1200$ per month and includes visa sponsorship for Egyptian nationals. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to gain experience in the field of commercial architecture. This position is open to both men and women.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits and analyze existing buildings
- Prepare design proposals based on client requirements
- Create detailed drawings and specifications using AutoCAD or other software
- Collaborate with contractors to ensure project timelines are met
- Conduct research on building materials and construction methods
- Assist in project management tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong technical skills in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Previous experience in commercial architecture is preferred but not required

Salary: The salary for this full-time position is 1200$ per month.
