Location: Atlanta, USA
Salary: $1100 per month


We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Architect to join our team in Atlanta. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as office spaces, retail stores, and restaurants. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet their requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for commercial buildings
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Select appropriate materials and finishes for each project
- Coordinate with contractors and other professionals throughout the construction process
- Monitor progress and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design plans and specifications
- Review building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with safety standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Strong design skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on commercial projects in the USA, specifically in Atlanta
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles
- Knowledge of biometric passport technology
