Architectural Designer

We are seeking a skilled and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in Izhevsk. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional building designs that meet the needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural principles, excellent design skills, and prior experience in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements and develop design proposals
- Create detailed drawings and plans using CAD software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure design feasibility
- Research and incorporate relevant building codes and regulations into designs
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines
- Continuously stay updated on industry trends and advancements in design technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficient in CAD software and other relevant design programs
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work within strict deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working on commercial or residential projects in Canada or other English-speaking countries
- Ability to speak multiple languages
- Experience with sustainable design practices
- Knowledge of 3D modeling software
