Smelter Operator
The Smelter Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining the smelting equipment in a production facility. They will monitor the smelting process, adjust settings as needed, and troubleshoot any issues that arise. This role requires a strong attention to detail, as well as physical stamina to handle the manual labor involved in the smelting process. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a production environment and be able to follow safety protocols and procedures. This is a contract position with accommodation provided and visa sponsorship available.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate smelting equipment according to production schedule
- Monitor temperature, pressure, and other variables to ensure proper functioning of equipment
- Make adjustments to settings as needed to maintain quality and efficiency
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the smelting process
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Prepare materials for smelting by sorting, cleaning, and weighing them accurately
- Maintain accurate records of production data and equipment maintenance
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience working in a production environment preferred
- Physical ability to handle manual labor involved in smelting process (lifting up to 50 lbs)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols and procedures
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends as needed
- Ability to communicate effectively in English

Salary:
Starting salary for this contract position is $1600 per month.

This position is located in Split, Croatia.
