Waiter/Waitress (Visa Sponsorship Available)

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Lisbon. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a waiter/waitress and be able to handle a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages
- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions or concerns
- Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating their needs and responding promptly to requests
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and floors
- Process payments accurately using POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant or similar setting
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Customer-oriented with a friendly attitude
- Must have or be eligible for visa sponsorship
