Land Surveyor


As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and measurements to determine property boundaries, topography, and other important data. You will use specialized equipment and tools to collect and analyze data, create maps and reports, and communicate findings to clients and colleagues. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using a variety of methods including GPS, total stations, and laser scanners
- Collect data on property boundaries, topography, structures, and other relevant features
- Use software programs to analyze data and create maps, charts, and reports
- Communicate findings to clients in a clear and professional manner
- Collaborate with team members on large projects or complex surveys
- Ensure accuracy of all measurements and calculations
- Maintain equipment in good working condition
- Adhere to all safety protocols while working on site
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments in surveying techniques and technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field preferred
- Previous experience as a Land Surveyor is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with surveying equipment such as GPS receivers, total stations, laser scanners, etc.
- Proficient in using software programs for data analysis (e.g. AutoCAD)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physically able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license is required

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1800$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is located in Khanpur.
