Our company is seeking experienced and skilled Plasterers to join our team in Funchal, Portugal. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to create a smooth and even finish.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning and smoothing them
- Mix and apply plaster using trowels, floats or sprayers
- Work with various types of plaster such as cement, acrylic or gypsum
- Create decorative finishes by adding textures or patterns to the surface
- Repair damaged areas of walls or ceilings
- Follow safety precautions to ensure a safe work environment
- Communicate with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Strong knowledge of different types of plaster and their uses
- Attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
- Team player with good communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to provide your own tools

Benefits:
