Hotel Sales Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Siauliai. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to ensure maximum occupancy and revenue for our hotel. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other key partners to drive sales and promote our hotel as the top choice in Siauliai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitor pricing strategies
- Collaborate with other departments to create attractive packages and promotions
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure effective advertising campaigns are in place
- Participate in trade shows, events, and sales trips to promote the hotel
- Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and potential opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager in a hotel setting
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of the local market and industry trends
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month plus commission based on performance. This is a contract job with potential for permanent employment based on performance.
