Office Assistant in Lisbon, Portugal


We are in need of a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Lisbon. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. Your duties will include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing office supplies, and maintaining office equipment. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and multitasking skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1800 per month. We also provide accommodation and cover the cost of your visa and travel expenses.
