We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team in Isa Town. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and maintaining wooden structures and fixtures for various construction projects. This role requires someone with a strong attention to detail, excellent manual dexterity, and a passion for creating high-quality work.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans to determine materials needed and project specifications
- Measure, cut, shape, and join materials according to specifications using hand or power tools
- Install structures such as windows, doors, cabinets, staircases, and roofs
- Inspect and repair damaged frameworks or structures
- Follow safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe work environment
- Collaborate with other team members on projects as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role (experience in construction or woodworking preferred)
- Ability to read blueprints and use various tools accurately
- Good understanding of wood properties and other building materials
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
- Good communication skills for collaborating with team members
