Construction Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Ufa. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to coordinating resources and ensuring quality control. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage all phases of construction projects
- Develop project timelines and budgets
- Coordinate resources, including labor, materials, and equipment
- Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and safety measures
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Prepare progress reports for clients and stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure

Salary: $1500/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Ufa (open to candidates from India)
