Land Surveyor

A reputable land surveying company in Los Angeles is seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and producing accurate measurements and data for various construction, engineering, and mapping projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Strong knowledge of surveying equipment and technology
- Familiarity with CAD software
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English

Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys using various equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners
- Collect data on land features, boundaries, structures, and topography
- Analyze data to create maps, drawings, and reports
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals on project designs
- Ensure accuracy and precision in all measurements and calculations
- Maintain surveying equipment and ensure it is properly calibrated for accurate results
