Industrial Architect


We are seeking an experienced Industrial Architect to join our growing team in Shan, Pakistan. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create innovative solutions that meet both functional and aesthetic requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, goals, and budget for industrial building projects
- Develop detailed plans, drawings, and models using specialized software
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects
- Monitor the progress of construction projects to ensure that they stay within budget and are completed on time
- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and make necessary adjustments to design plans
- Provide guidance and support to junior architects and interns as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Architect or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, colleagues, and other professionals
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Shan, Pakistan.

Nationality:
This position is open to candidates of all nationalities. However, preference will be given to Pakistani candidates.

Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is not required for this position.
