Industrial Architect

We are seeking an experienced and talented Industrial Architect to join our team in Shan, Nepal. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop functional, cost-effective, and aesthetically pleasing designs. Your role will also involve overseeing the construction process to ensure that the design is implemented accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architecture, strong technical skills, and a creative mindset. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month, including accommodation. Candidates must have their own visa to work in Nepal.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop design concepts for industrial buildings and facilities.
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Oversee the construction process and provide guidance to contractors to ensure that the design is executed accurately.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve any issues that may arise, and make necessary adjustments to the design.
- Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure timely completion of projects within budget.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial architecture.
- Excellent knowledge of CAD software.
- Strong technical skills in building materials, construction methods, and building codes.
- Ability to understand client needs and translate them into functional designs.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Good communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Experience working on industrial projects in developing countries.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles.
