Industrial Architect
Location: Shan, India


We are seeking an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Shan, India. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction and renovation of industrial structures such as factories, warehouses, and manufacturing plants. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop plans that meet their requirements while adhering to safety and building codes.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements, budget, and timeline
- Conduct site visits to assess existing structures and gather necessary information
- Develop detailed plans for industrial structures using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Create 3D models of proposed designs for client review
- Prepare construction documents including blueprints, specifications, and cost estimates
- Oversee construction progress to ensure compliance with plans and specifications
- Address any design issues or changes that arise during construction
- Monitor project costs and make adjustments as needed to stay within budget
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and building codes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Industrial Architect
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of building codes and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
1500$ per month
