Commercial Architect - Karachi, Pakistan



We are currently recruiting a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and industrial facilities.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements for their commercial projects
- Develop design concepts and proposals based on client specifications
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the project is completed within budget and on time
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that all aspects of the project are executed according to plan
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address any issues that arise, and make necessary adjustments to the design if needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in materials, technology, and building codes

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Commercial Architect or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field from an accredited university
- Excellent design skills with a strong understanding of architectural principles and techniques
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD or similar)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Pakistan
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and concepts to clients, colleagues, and contractors

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.

Contract job:
This is a contract job with no accommodation provided. The contract duration will be discussed during the interview process.

Experience required:
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Architect is required for this role.
