Loader Supervisor

As a Loader Supervisor, you will oversee a team of loaders and ensure the smooth and efficient loading of goods onto trucks or other vehicles for transport. You will be responsible for assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring that all safety procedures are followed. This is a full-time position in Karachi, with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of loaders to ensure timely and accurate loading of goods
- Assign tasks to loaders based on their skills and strengths
- Train new loaders on proper loading techniques and safety procedures
- Monitor the loading process to ensure that goods are loaded securely and according to specifications
- Communicate with truck drivers to coordinate loading schedules
- Inspect equipment and report any issues or malfunctions
- Maintain inventory of loading supplies and request restocking when necessary
- Enforce safety protocols and address any safety concerns or violations immediately
- Keep records of loaded goods for tracking purposes

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a loader or in a similar supervisory role
- Knowledge of safe loading practices and equipment operation
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate with different parties involved in the loading process
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate loading according to specifications
- Physical strength and stamina for lifting, carrying, and moving heavy objects
- Flexibility to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays if needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.
