Formwork Technician
As a Formwork Technician, you will be responsible for constructing temporary structures and molds used to hold concrete in place during building construction. This includes measuring and cutting materials, assembling structures, and ensuring they are level and plumb. You will also be responsible for removing the formwork after the concrete has set and maintaining the tools and equipment used on the job site. The ideal candidate will have experience in carpentry or construction, with a strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work at heights. This is a physically demanding role that requires working outdoors in various weather conditions. A degree or certification in a related field is preferred but not required. Fluency in English is necessary to communicate with colleagues and follow instructions. This position offers a salary of $1600 per month, with accommodation provided and visa sponsorship available for non-local candidates.
