Land Surveyor

A reputable land surveying company in Izhevsk is seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting accurate measurements and surveys of land and structures using specialized equipment and software. You will also be responsible for analyzing data, creating maps and reports, and collaborating with other professionals such as engineers and architects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using GPS, total station, and other advanced equipment
- Record measurements accurately and efficiently
- Analyze data and create detailed maps, reports, and drawings
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accuracy of surveys
- Follow safety protocols at all times while working on construction sites or in other potentially hazardous environments
- Maintain equipment in good working condition
- Keep accurate records of all surveying activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in using GPS, total station, and other surveying equipment
- Strong mathematical skills
- Knowledge of CAD software is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate results under tight deadlines

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1200 per month. After probation period (usually 3 months), salary may be increased based on performance.
