Land Surveyor

As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data to determine boundary lines, elevations, and other topographical features of land. You will use specialized equipment such as GPS receivers and robotic total stations to accurately measure and record data. Your main duties will include conducting field surveys, creating maps and reports, and communicating with clients to discuss project details.

To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in surveying or a related field, along with strong mathematical and technical skills. Previous experience in land surveying is preferred but not required. You must also have excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively work with team members and clients.

This position offers a salary of $1300 per month, with the potential for bonuses based on performance. We are currently seeking candidates from Pakistan or the Philippines who are English-speaking and have their own visa to work in Los Angeles.
