Facade Designer


We are seeking a skilled and creative Facade Designer to join our team in Shan, India. As a Facade Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing building facades that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional. This is a contract position that does not require previous experience, making it an ideal opportunity for students or those looking to start their career in the field of facade design.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with architects and project managers to understand project requirements and develop innovative facade designs
- Utilize software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit to create 2D and 3D drawings of facade designs
- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and take necessary measurements
- Research materials and construction techniques to ensure feasibility and cost-effectiveness of proposed designs
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and fabricators to ensure successful implementation of facade designs
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and materials lists for construction purposes
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in facade technology, and local building codes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other CAD software
- Strong design skills with an eye for detail
- Knowledge of construction methods and materials used in facade design
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines
- A portfolio showcasing previous facade design work is preferred

Salary:
This is a contract position offering a salary of $1400 per month.
