We are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to join our growing team in Porto. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and functional website designs for our clients. You will work closely with the development team and other designers to ensure that the designs meet client requirements and are delivered on time.

Responsibilities:
- Create website designs that are visually appealing, user-friendly, and functional
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure design feasibility
- Incorporate feedback from clients and team members into design revisions
- Stay up-to-date with current design trends and techniques
- Conduct user research and analyze website usage data to inform design decisions

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design software
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong understanding of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) principles
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred

Preferred:
- Experience designing websites for e-commerce or marketing purposes
- Familiarity with responsive web design principles
- Knowledge of SEO best practices
