IT Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled IT Manager to oversee our technology operations in Braga. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our company's information systems and ensuring their security and efficiency. Your role will involve managing a team of IT professionals, implementing new technologies, and developing strategies to enhance our overall technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of IT systems and networks, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of successful project management. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the company's information systems
- Manage a team of IT professionals and provide guidance, training, and support
- Ensure the security, reliability, and efficiency of all IT systems
- Develop strategies for improving the company's overall technology infrastructure
- Stay updated on new technologies and make recommendations for their implementation
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions
- Manage budgets for hardware, software, and other IT expenses
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Extensive knowledge of computer systems, networks, security protocols, and software applications
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent project management skills
- Proven experience in developing technology strategies
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Knowledge of data protection regulations
- Experience managing budgets
