We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Ar Rumaythiyah. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the sales process and achieving sales targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to expand market share
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closure
- Train and mentor sales team members to improve performance
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay ahead of the competition
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market analysis, and business forecasts

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills preferred)
