Restaurant Manager - Indian Cuisine (Washington, USA)



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our Indian cuisine restaurant in Washington. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Indian cuisine and culture, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and budget management
- Recruiting, training, and supervising front-of-house and kitchen staff
- Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and maintaining high hygiene standards
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a prompt and professional manner
- Creating an inviting atmosphere for guests by overseeing restaurant cleanliness, ambiance, and decor

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian cuisine establishment
- Good knowledge of Indian cuisine ingredients, cooking techniques, and flavor profiles
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional language proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary:
The salary for this position starts at 1700$ per month with potential for growth based on performance.

Location:
This position is based in Washington but may require occasional travel for training or other business purposes.
