We are a bustling cafe located in the beautiful city of Shan, Kenya. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Barista to join our team for the upcoming busy season. This is a seasonal position, ideal for someone looking to gain experience in a fast-paced environment.

As a Barista, your main responsibility will be to prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work station, restocking supplies, and handling customer orders with efficiency and accuracy.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Barista or in the food and beverage industry. However, we welcome candidates without experience who have a genuine interest in learning about the art of coffee-making. We offer on-the-job training to ensure you have the necessary skills to excel in this role.

Being able to communicate effectively in English is essential for this position. As we cater to both locals and tourists, being able to speak another language such as French or Spanish would be an asset but is not required.
