Job Title: Barista - Coffee Specialist (Part-Time)


As a Barista - Coffee Specialist at our cafe in Shan, you will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality coffee beverages to our customers. We are looking for someone with a passion for coffee and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and more.
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and making recommendations to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area including the coffee bar, equipment, and dining area.
- Follow health and safety guidelines while handling food and beverages.
- Ring up orders accurately using our POS system.
- Keep inventory of supplies and place orders as needed.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods and latte art is a plus.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends.

Salary: $1800 per month (based on experience)

This is a part-time position with the potential for full-time opportunities in the future. We provide on-the-job training for those without prior experience.
