Junior Commercial Architect
We are seeking a talented and driven Junior Commercial Architect to join our team in Funchal. As a Junior Commercial Architect, you will work closely with senior architects to design and develop commercial buildings, including offices, retail spaces, and mixed-use developments. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in commercial architecture, as well as strong technical skills and a passion for creating innovative and functional designs.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior architects to develop design concepts for commercial projects
- Create detailed drawings and plans using specialized software
- Research materials and products for use in commercial construction
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and incorporate their feedback into designs
- Work with construction teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in commercial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Strong technical skills and understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines

Salary:
$1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Funchal (no relocation or accommodation provided)
