Senior Developer - Faro, Portugal


We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and testing software applications and systems. You will work closely with project managers and other developers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and maintain software applications and systems
- Collaborate with project managers and other developers to understand project requirements
- Write clean, efficient and well-documented code
- Conduct thorough testing of software components to ensure quality and functionality
- Troubleshoot and debug any issues that arise during development or in production environments
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve our products

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 5 years of experience as a software developer
- Extensive experience with programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies
- Experience working with databases such as MySQL or MongoDB
- Familiarity with front-end development tools such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a senior level developer role
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure

Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: This is a full-time position located in Faro, Portugal. Accommodation can be provided for the right candidate.
