IT Manager



As an IT Manager, you will oversee and manage all aspects of the company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This includes developing and implementing IT strategies, managing the IT budget, coordinating with various departments to identify technology needs, and ensuring the security and stability of all systems.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies to support the company's overall goals
- Manage the company's IT budget, including identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Coordinate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions
- Oversee the implementation of new hardware and software systems
- Ensure the security and stability of all IT systems
- Monitor network performance and address any issues or outages in a timely manner
- Train employees on how to properly use technology systems
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology
- Prepare reports on IT activities, including budget usage, system performance, and future plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in information technology management
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networks, and security protocols
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with different departments within the company
- Problem-solving skills for addressing technical issues as they arise
- Ability to stay updated on industry advancements through self-learning or attending conferences/events

Location: Almada (candidate must have own visa)

Salary: 1500$ per month
