Handyman - Albena, Bulgaria

We are currently hiring a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Albena, Bulgaria. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in maintenance and repair work, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, painting, and electrical work. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$, along with free visa and ticket provided.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and facilities
- Identifying and troubleshooting issues with plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, etc.
- Repairing or replacing broken fixtures such as faucets, toilets, light fixtures, etc.
- Painting walls and surfaces as needed
- Installing new appliances or equipment
- Maintaining inventory of tools and equipment
- Responding to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Knowledge of basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical work
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects if necessary
- Excellent time management skills

Preferred:
- Experience working in hospitality or property management industry
- Knowledge of Bulgarian language
