Preservation Architect
As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historic buildings and structures in the city of Triesen. Your primary role will be to assess the condition of these buildings, develop preservation plans, and oversee restoration projects. You will work closely with local authorities, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that the integrity and historical significance of these structures are maintained.
To be successful in this role, you must have a degree in Architecture or a related field and at least 5 years of experience working on preservation projects. You should have a strong understanding of architectural styles and techniques used in historic buildings as well as knowledge of building codes and regulations. Excellent project management skills are also essential to effectively oversee restoration projects within time and budget constraints.
As this is a contract position, you must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to problem-solve are crucial for this role. Fluency in English is preferred but not required.
