Heavy Equipment Operator

We are seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to join our team in Balzers! As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy machinery, such as bulldozers, excavators, and cranes. Your main duty will be to maneuver and control the equipment to perform tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving materials. You must be able to follow safety protocols and maintain the equipment in good working condition.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment according to job requirements and safety regulations
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Follow blueprints and instructions to complete tasks accurately and efficiently
- Monitor equipment performance and report any issues or malfunctions immediately
- Communicate with team members effectively to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating heavy equipment in a construction or industrial setting
- Valid heavy equipment operator license or certification preferred
- Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, maps, and instruction manuals
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination and depth perception
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and ability to follow them at all times
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Flexibility to work different shifts as needed
