Job Title: Indian Restaurant Manager in Bayan


We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Bayan. As an Indian restaurant, we are looking for someone who has a strong understanding of Indian cuisine and culture, as well as excellent leadership skills to manage our staff and operations.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including daily operations, staff management, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Train and mentor staff on menu items, service standards, and company policies
- Maintain high levels of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards throughout the restaurant
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to ensure efficient operation
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
- Create schedules for staff that meet business needs while adhering to labor laws and regulations
- Develop relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality products at competitive prices

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and culture
- Excellent leadership abilities with proven experience in managing a team effectively
- Good understanding of financial management principles such as budgeting, cost control, and inventory management
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers, staff, and suppliers
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of professionalism

Salary:
1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location:
Bayan (biometric passport required for work visa)
