Restaurant Manager - Indian Cuisine
We are a popular Indian restaurant in Bayan, seeking an experienced and skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including but not limited to: staff management, budgeting, inventory control, and customer service
- Train and manage a team of servers, chefs, and kitchen staff to maintain high-quality service and food standards
- Monitor food quality and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Address customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the restaurant's offerings through social media, events, etc.
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Create schedules for employees to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian cuisine establishment
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train employees
- Experience with budgeting and cost control measures
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
