We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at our premier restaurant in Beer-Sheva, Israel. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating and implementing innovative menus, overseeing kitchen operations, and ensuring the highest level of food quality and presentation. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and seasonal menus that reflect the restaurant's concept and vision
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Train, supervise, and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards in the kitchen
- Manage inventory and control costs to achieve profitability goals
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure excellent customer service experience
- Continuously research new culinary trends and incorporate them into menu development

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of international cuisine with expertise in Malayalee cuisine preferred
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines without compromising on food quality
- Good understanding of food safety regulations and procedures
- Fluent English language skills required; knowledge of Malayalam or Hebrew is a plus
- Must already have valid work authorization or be eligible for visa sponsorship
