Preservation Architect for Historic Buildings in Utena, Lithuania
We are seeking a highly skilled Preservation Architect to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historic buildings in the city. Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research to understand the history and significance of the building
- Develop preservation plans and strategies for historic buildings
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the preservation work is done accurately and efficiently
- Monitor the progress of preservation work and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Review and approve designs, plans, and specifications for restoration projects
- Ensure that all preservation work complies with local laws, regulations, and standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an Architect, preferably with a focus on historic preservation
- Knowledge of historic building materials and construction techniques
- Familiarity with local regulations pertaining to historic buildings in Utena is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with various professionals
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700 USD per month.
