Job Title: Junior Commercial Architect


A reputable architecture firm in Los Angeles is seeking a highly motivated Junior Commercial Architect to join our team. This role is perfect for a recent graduate or entry-level professional looking to gain hands-on experience in the commercial architecture field.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior architects and designers to develop design concepts and solutions for commercial projects
- Prepare detailed drawings, models, and presentations using AutoCAD, Revit, and other software programs
- Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure project accuracy
- Assist with project management tasks such as budgeting, scheduling, and client communications
- Research building codes, materials, and construction methods to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous internship or work experience in commercial architecture
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
- Familiarity with LEED certification process

Salary:
Starting salary of $1700 per month with potential for growth based on performance.
