Data Analytics Specialist

We are searching for a skilled Data Analytics Specialist to join our growing team in Akron. As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets to identify patterns and trends, and provide valuable insights to our business. The ideal candidate should have experience in data analysis and be familiar with various analytical tools and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
- Use statistical methods to analyze large datasets and identify trends and patterns
- Develop data models and algorithms to extract insights from complex datasets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven recommendations
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders
- Continuously monitor data quality and make necessary improvements
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data analytics techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analytics or related field
- Proficiency in SQL, Python or R for data manipulation and analysis
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently

Salary:
$1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a part-time position (20 hours per week) with the possibility of transitioning into a full-time role.
