Experienced Barista


We are seeking an experienced Barista to join our team in Karachi. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, and providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and latte art
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans and their flavor profiles
- Experience in operating espresso machines and other coffee equipment
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask during busy hours

Responsibilities:
- Prepare high quality espresso-based drinks according to customer orders
- Ensure all beverages are made to company standards while adhering to health and safety guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area at all times
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and handling any inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally
- Restock supplies as needed, such as coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, etc.
- Operate cash register for transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team members to create new menu items or seasonal drinks
