Barber - Indian Community, Sofia

As a Barber within the Indian community in Sofia, you will be responsible for providing high-quality haircuts and grooming services to clients. You will perform traditional and modern cutting, shaving, and styling techniques on a variety of hair types. Your role will also include recommending and selling hair care products to clients. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for barbering and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and consult with them to understand their desired haircut or style
- Provide traditional and modern cutting, shaving, and styling techniques on all hair types
- Suggest suitable hairstyles or grooming services based on clients' preferences and facial features
- Recommend and sell hair care products to clients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work station, tools, and equipment
- Ensure accurate record keeping of client appointments, sales, and inventory
- Uphold excellent customer service by building relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction
- Stay updated on current trends in barbering to provide innovative services

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barber within the Indian community
- Excellent knowledge of traditional and modern cutting, shaving, and styling techniques for all hair types
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service by understanding clients' needs and preferences
- Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus)
- Knowledge of hair care products and ability to recommend suitable ones based on client's needs
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends if needed

Salary: 1600$
Location: Sofia (own accommodation required)
Employment Type: Part-time (20 hours/week)
